Worked good for a parking lot considering I paid $5 and parking 4 blocks closer was $25!

Right in front of the Metro Station, looked safe even though I got there at 11:00pm there were kids on their scooters at that time.

I wouldn’t park anywhere other than this lot when I’m in this part of downtown. The machines always work and in my case I found out this one time I paid with cash the company who runs it has very friendly and honest customer service. I paid cash and didn’t realize no change would be given so I called and they took pity and refunded me what I overpaid. I really wasn’t expecting that!

Convenient lot where you can park using your plate# instead of having to remember your parking spot# after walking all the way to the pay machine...I always forget, so that is a plus for this lot! I park here maybe 1 or 2 times per month and recently started to use the ParkMobile app to pay, It costs $0.35 extra just for your awareness should you choose that option, and no need to walk to the pay machine!
